In honor of my seventeenth birthday today, I’m sharing the most important things I learned in a beautiful year.
There is so much beauty in life; go and explore it
Have gratitude for the smallest things around you
A low-key lifestyle is bliss
Do the things that truly make YOU happy
Surround yourself with people who push you to be better
If it leaves let it leave; if it comes let it come
Being alone isn’t so lonely
Don’t rush you’re life; everyone has a different life path
If you want something don’t just sit there, go out and chase it
Don’t continue to live in the past because you’re scared of the future; new beginnings are beautiful
You are your own competition
True beauty comes from within
You are the beauty standard
If it was meant for you it would have never left
Don’t stay in all the time, go out and have fun; life is what you make it
Sit there and embrace the moment you’re in
